In addition, the regulatory and auditory requirements for ISO, FDA, GMP, GLP, DOD, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, 10CFR, and 21CFR are satisfied by correct use of the Troemner Cal-Paks™. You can define accuracy and precision correctly during calibration by testing the balance at the maximum, the mid-range (10% of maximum), and minimum weights. Troemner Cal-Paks™ give you: Calibration consistency, Alloy 8 advantage, Low uncertainties.
Features: Each Troemner Cal-Pak™ includes: Manufacturer's recommended calibration weight 10% calibration weight Minimum weight as determined by the balance's readability and expected standard deviation under normal conditions as recommended by USP 41. The weights are ASTM Alloy 8 of either Class 0 or Class 1, which can be used with all manufacturer's makes and models. Troemner components and carrying case are linked through the use of a unique serial number. You can trace your individual weights to the appropriate NVLAP certificate and master carrying case. Your Cal-Pak™ includes a USB Flash Drive that contains your electronic NVLAP Certificate. The weights are supplied in a rugged polypropylene case with each individual weight in its own high quality polycarbonate case. All sales on calibration weights are final and cannot be returned for refund - NO EXCEPTIONS. These weights require extreme care and there is no way for us to tell if a weight was mishandled without costly re-calibration.

Troemner NVLAP Weight Calibration Certificate - NVLAP calibrations/certifications meet all ISO, FDA, GMP, GLP, DOD, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and Nuclear requirements and are traceable to NIST. Procedures and processes used to generate this multi-page certificate, as well as its format and content, are prescribed by NVLAP. Designed for users held absolutely accountable for their weights. The document contains: Customer name & address Date of calibration Equipment and standards used in the calibration Accuracy class True mass value (mass in a vacuum) "As found" mass correction (for recalibration) and "as left" mass corrections for each weight Uncertainty of measurement process for each weight.
